Street Medicine

Penn State Health Department of Medicine - Street Medicine Program

Every day, hundreds of people in our communities live without shelter—and without access to basic medical care. Penn State Street Medicine aims to bring about change.

Through this innovative program, our team will meet unhoused individuals where they are—on the streets—providing essential health services, dignity, and hope. From wound care and chronic disease management to connecting patients with long-term resources, Street Medicine bridges a critical gap in healthcare for some of the most vulnerable members of society.

DONATE TO THE CAMPAIGN
